The Sarasota Housing Action Plan, a new report produced by the Florida Housing Coalition and commissioned by four area foundations, puts hard numbers to the current and growing shortage of housing in our region. The Action Plan lays out a clear set of strategies and recommended actions to create and preserve more affordable housing in Sarasota. Designed to put in front of the housing advocates in Sarasota County, the report constructs a coordinated, collaborative approach to address housing needs.
