Gulf Coast Community Foundation is pleased to offer the use of meeting rooms as a resource to local nonprofit organizations. The rooms can accommodate from 10 to 80 people depending on the layout.

Prior to filling out the below form, please review our Meeting Room Request Guidelines for our Venice Headquarters and Sarasota Philanthropy Center. You will be asked to certify that you have read and agree to the guidelines. We look forward to hosting you and providing you with an exceptional experience.

Venice Requests: Must start after 8:30 a.m. Sarasota Requests: Must Start after 8:30 a.m.

Venice Requests: Must end by 12:30 p.m. Sarasota Requests: Must end by 4:00 p.m.

Will your meeting require the ability to display a power point or presentation? 
Will your meeting require the use of Zoom (Zoom is the only platform available at our facilities)? 
Would you like to schedule a tech test prior to your meeting (If you have not yet experienced our new AV as of 10/2025 we highly encourage a tech test)? 
Do you plan to provide refreshments?
