Tracy, President of PhilCom Training & Consulting, is a non profit industry expert that works with nonprofit organizations to improve both their governance and fundraising. She is an inspiring coach and partner that helps nonprofits ensure their strategy and actions are aligned with their mission, purpose, and values. She helps organizations improve outcomes, become self-advocates, and diversify funding streams.
Tracy has 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and business development. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning (CTL), and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She is a certified Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Master Trainer/Facilitator and earned a certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Tracy also holds a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource.
Tracy is an instructor at the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and is a Personal Fundraising Coach for Bonterra. She is a regular contributor to Nonprofit Pro and has been published in Advancing Philanthropy magazine and the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Tracy has been a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals since 2007 and is the is the author of “The 60-Minute Guide to Building the Infrastructure for Successful Nonprofit Fundraising”.
