Chris Stobaugh
I3 Consultant
Chris Stobaugh is a retired CPA with over 40 years of experience in accounting, finance, investments, internal control structures, financial modeling, and treasury functions. She last served as CFO of Gulf Coast Community Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to serving its community, from 2018 to 2024. Chris joined I3 in 2025 because she enjoys helping non-profits become stronger and more fiscally sustainable.
Philanthropy and community service are part of Chris’ DNA, starting with her days of preparing fruit baskets with her mother for less fortunate families in her rural western Pennsylvania community. Just prior to joining Gulf Coast, Chris operated Full of Goodness, LLC, a for-profit mobile restaurant in the Sarasota-Bradenton area that provided capital for The Good Truck, a not-for-profit mobile eatery that delivered nutritious meals to residents in need. Chris has volunteered for a variety of local organizations over the years, primarily serving children’s and women’s causes.
Prior to starting her own philanthropic journey, Chris served for eight years as CFO of Grain Management, a private equity firm focused on the communications sector that had grown to $750 million in assets under management when she departed. Her career includes experience in audit, mergers and acquisitions, junk bond restructuring, treasury, consulting, reporting and analytics.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Youngstown State University and completed coursework toward an MBA at the University of North Florida.
