Grants and Evaluation Officer
Jess Blagdon brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience and a passion for using data, storytelling, and strategy to help organizations deepen their impact. With expertise in grant writing, database management, and creating systems for implementation and effectiveness, she brings both heart and structure to her work on the Community Leadership Team. Jess holds a BA in Organizational Management, is a certified TBRI® Practitioner, and has long supported children and families navigating challenging circumstances. She approaches her work with integrity and curiosity, always looking for ways that relationships and systems can work better together to make a difference.
A native Floridian who feels at home on both the beach and in the mountains, Jess loves finding adventures with her three kids and has a soft spot for browsing used bookstores to add to her ever-growing collection.
